Visa Information for Indonesia

1. Electronic Visa on Arrival (E-VOA)
Citizens of several countries are eligible to apply for an E-VOA via the official website: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id

• Applications must be submitted within 14 days before arrival.
• The E-VOA is valid for 30 days, single-entry, and can be extended once at the local immigration office (charges apply).
• E-VOA holders can skip the VOA purchase queue at the airport and proceed directly to immigration.

2. Visa on Arrival (VOA)
Alternatively, eligible nationals may apply for a VOA at the airport. Check eligibility here: https://kemlu.go.id/london/en/news/18631/visa-on-arrival-voa-for-foreigntravellers

• The cost is USD 30  per person (applies to adults and children).
• VOA is valid for 30 days, single-entry, and can be extended once (charges apply).
• Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, debit card, or in various currencies including IDR, USD, EUR, GBP, and SGD.

3. Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD)
All travelers must complete a customs declaration within three days before arrival.

We recommend completing it in advance at: https://ecd.beacukai.go.id

Once completed, a QR code will be issued, which must be presented upon arrival.

On arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport of Denpasar, meet our English-Speaking Guide and transfer to Ubud, the center of Balinese arts, customs and traditions. Enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.

After breakfast, we have arranged a meeting room for the group with a 2-hour usage.

This morning we will start exploring the island with its culture. We will Visiting
Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple. The Temple is surrounded by lush gardens and
tranquil ponds filled with koi fish and blooming lotuses.

The temple complex consists of several ancient shrines, many of which are set amidst mountain spring-fed water features—ideal for spiritual reflection and renewal.

Visitors also have the unique opportunity to participate in a water purification ceremony at the temple.

The bathing pool, which contains five sacred springs, offers a powerful ritual.

The symbolism behind the purification process is to cleanse oneself of negative energy, making space for positive energy and blessings.

This ritual is believed to bring good fortune, prosperity, and a sense of spiritual well-being. (Simple offering provided with sarong used for bathing).

Then we will go to the local restaurant for having lunch.

After having lunch, we will head into Ubud Monkey Forest, situated near Padangtegal village.

Local residents own this spiritual and conservation site that is home to three revered temples and about 700 monkeys!

Afterwards, you can test your bartering skills at Ubud Market prior to a visit to Puri Saren Agung, the home of the former royal family who ruled Ubud from the late 1800’s until 1917.

After breakfast, we have arranged a meeting room for the group with a 2-hour usage.

This morning, we will visit Pyramids of Chi, offers a transformative experience through ancient sound healing, sacred geometry-guided meditations, and specialized chakra balancing sessions, creating a rejuvenating journey of relaxation, spiritual growth, and well-being.

Finish your session with nice lunch at the restaurant that offer home-made, plant based, organic, gluten-free, mostly raw and living food with only naturally occurring sugars.

In the afternoon pampers your body with 90 minutes Kaveri Royal Massage, 30 minutes Body Scrub and Body Mask, and 30 minutes Celebration of Flowers

Enjoy your free at leisure, until designated time our guide will pick you up for transfer to South Bali.

We will visit Jatiluwih rice terrace, renowned for its panoramic rice fields and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Short trekking to explore the area while enjoying the beautiful picturesque landscape.

Lunch will be set up in the middle of Bamboo Forest area.

Our last stop throughout our road going to south Bali will be Tanah Lot Temple one of the holiest temples in Bali which is built atop a huge rock, surrounded by the ocean.

At given time you will be transferred to your hotel in South Bali. Dinner at own arrangement.

After breakfast, we have arranged a meeting room for the group with a 2-hour usage.

This morning, we will experience the 60 minutes SUP Yoga.

It will start with a brief introduction on the beach to familiarize you with the equipment and teach you the correct ways to handle the board on and off the water. Following this, we will set off into the calm waters of south beach area to have a warm up paddle. After your warm up paddle, we will anchor up and start our yoga session.

SUP yoga is available to beginners as well as more experienced yoga’s. It helps us to keep the fun in our practice and always puts a huge smile on your face. Sup yoga promotes balance, strength, and helps build greater awareness for weight distribution in your postures. It is an isometric workout that strengthens your core while providing a fun and exciting way to view the natural surrounding.

Classes depend on weather and tide. To get the best conditions possible we need absolute no wind, calm sea and low tide. We suggest an early start but time really depends on the tide.

In the afternoon, we will return to your hotel.

Today’s tour takes us to the paradise island of Nusa Penida, an idyllic location of abundant beauty, nature and culture, located 35 km from mainland Bali.

Experience culture you never dreamed of and meet some of the friendliest people possible. Our 40 minutes journey on a speedboat provides sublime views of Mount Agung.

Upon arrival your guide will escort you to the first destination of the tour by car to Broken Hill.

Enjoy the scenic view of the beach and afterwards we head to Klingking Hills to enjoy the spectacular view, ahead of lunch.

We then depart to Snorkeling Point to view the amazing coral and exotic fish.

We return to Nusa Penida Island and enjoy some time on the natural white sands, before returning to the harbor to catch the speedboat back to Bali and the road transfer back to your hotel in South Bali.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most international travelers will need a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry. Depending on nationality, guests may obtain an electronic Visa on Arrival (E-VOA) or Visa on Arrival upon landing. Travelers are also required to complete the Indonesia Arrival Card and pay a Bali tourist entry fee. We recommend checking visa requirements for your country prior to booking.

International airfare to and from Bali is not included in the price, however, should you request help with airfare, we are happy to assist/ provide a group package for flights.

Yes. Group airport transfers on the official arrival and departure days are included as part of the retreat.

Bali has a warm, tropical climate year-round. May is part of the dry season, offering sunny days, lower humidity, and ideal conditions for wellness activities and excursions.

Yes, Bali is considered a safe and welcoming destination for international travelers. As with any destination, we recommend general travel awareness and respecting local customs.

No. Tap water in Bali is not safe for drinking. Bottled or filtered water will be readily available throughout the retreat.

The local currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Credit cards are widely accepted at hotels and restaurants, while smaller shops and markets may prefer cash.

Yes. Wi-Fi is available at hotels, and local SIM cards or eSIMs can be easily purchased at the airport or nearby shops for mobile data.
